VirtualPhone

The rules behind every
top-up you send

This is the agreement between you and VirtualPhone. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. It covers your account, the money, the delivery promise and what happens on the rare order that fails.

Two pages sit beside it. The privacy notice explains what data we hold. The cookie notice explains what runs in your browser.

What this agreement covers

Four short answers before the detail. Each clause below builds on one of them.

The terms in full

  1. Your account and your details

Keep your login private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us fast if you think someone else has access. We may pause an account while we look into unusual activity. We may also close an account that breaks these terms.

  2. Placing a top-up order

You give us the country, the operator and the phone number. Check that number twice. Credit lands on the number you type, and a sent top-up cannot be pulled back. If the number does not match the operator you picked, the order is refused before payment.

  3. Prices, currency and fees

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is no surprise fee added later. Rates and bundles change when operators change them. Your bank may apply its own currency charge, which is outside our control. See the current list on our pricing page.

  4. Delivery and what counts as delivered

Most top-ups reach the phone in seconds. An order is delivered once the operator confirms the credit. Operators sometimes run maintenance or hit local outages. That can slow an order or hold it in a queue until the network answers.

  5. Failed top-ups and refunds

If the operator never confirms the credit, we refund you in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually post them within five to ten working days. Write to us with the receipt reference and we trace the order for you.

  6. Fair use of the service

Do not use VirtualPhone for fraud, resale of stolen credit or money laundering. Do not test cards that are not yours. Do not scrape or overload the site. Breaking these rules ends the account and, where the law requires it, we report it.

  7. Our content and your content

The name, the logo, the site design and the copy belong to us. You may link to any page here. You may not copy the site or pass it off as your own. Anything you send us, such as a support message, stays yours.

  8. Limits, changes and the law

We keep the service running with care, but no network is perfect. We are not liable for what an operator does with credit once it lands. If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them. English law governs this agreement.

Where most questions land

Delivery, in practice

We hold direct links to Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators across 80+ countries. A direct link is why an order usually settles in seconds rather than hours. Coverage moves as operators open and close routes.

Check the network before you pay. Our country coverage page lists every market we reach, and the operator list names the networks inside each one.

Money and your card

You pay in your own currency. The total is fixed on screen before you confirm. Nothing is added after the fact, and we never bill a saved card without an order.

Card handling runs inside a PCI-DSS Level 1 environment. Our note on encryption and data handling covers how the details move.

Three questions we get most

Read it, then send one

Nothing here should surprise you at checkout. If a clause reads oddly, tell us and we will make it plainer.
