Send it right the first time

These are the guides we wrote for the questions people ask us most. Which top-up lands. What it really costs. How to make a phone refill itself. No theory, no jargon walls.

Every guide points at the exact screen it describes. Read one, then go and do it.

Steps to a first send

If this is your first send

Three steps, in order. Most people are done inside a minute. The steps are the same whether you send airtime or data.

The networks behind each step
  1. Check the phone can be reached

Start with the number, not the amount. We match the country code and the network before anything else. If we reach it, you will know in about a second.

    Look up a country
  2. Pick airtime or a data pack

Airtime is a balance the phone spends any way it likes. A data pack is locked to data. The habit at the other end decides which one to send.

    How airtime lands
  3. Read the full price, then send

One price, shown before you pay, in your own currency. Nothing is added at the end. Delivery averages 5 to 7 seconds once you confirm.

The whole shelf

Nine guides in three groups. Sending covers the everyday flow. Automating is for phones you look after. Staying safe is the money and the data.

Sending

  • Sending your first top-up

The whole flow in four screens: number, network, amount, pay. It takes under a minute once the number is saved.

    Walk through a top-up
  • Choosing a data bundle

Bundles differ by size and by how long they last. This one explains what a network means by a week, a month or a rollover.

    Compare bundle shapes
  • Sending to a phone you do not hold

You do not need the handset. You need the number in full, with the country code. We confirm the network before you pay.

    Read the bundle basics

Automating

  • Setting a phone to refill itself

Pick a date or a low-balance trigger. The phone tops up on its own, and you get a receipt each time. Cancel whenever you like.

    Set a repeating top-up
  • Rules that fit a real month

A student phone and a work phone need different rules. This covers limits, pauses and what happens when a card expires.

    Tune the refill rules
  • Knowing which network you are on

Numbers get ported. Brands merge. Here is how we resolve the live network behind a number, not the one it was born on.

Staying safe

  • What happens to your card details

Card data never rests on our systems. This guide explains what we hold, what our payment partner holds, and why that split matters.

    Read the card-handling rules
  • How your data is protected

Everything moves over encrypted links. We keep the minimum we need to show you a receipt, and we say how long we keep it.

    See our data practice
  • Spotting a top-up that will fail

Most failures come from three things: a wrong prefix, a closed prepaid line, or a bundle the network stopped selling. All three are checkable.

Pick the right top-up in one look

If you only read one thing here, read this. It maps what you want to what you should actually send.

What to send, matched to what you want to happen
What you want What to send Why
Money for anything on the phone Airtime Calls, texts, or the network's own packs.
Only data, ring-fenced Data bundle The balance cannot leak into call minutes.
A phone that never runs dry Repeating top-up Runs on a date or on a low balance.
A network you are unsure of Check first We resolve the live network from the number.

Still unsure? Send a small airtime top-up first. It works on almost every prepaid line. You can read the data bundle guide after, or ask us directly at [email protected].

Reading is optional. Sending is not.

Type a number and we will show the network, the price and the delivery time before you pay a thing.
