Talk to the people who move the credit

A top-up is a small thing until it fails. Then it is the only thing. Write to us and a person reads it. We work through requests in the order they arrive.

Send the number, the amount and the time you paid. That is usually enough to trace a recharge end to end.

Pick the shortest route to an answer

Three doors, one team behind them. Two of them answer you straight away, with no reply to wait for.

  • Email the team

One mailbox handles every request. Write in your own language. Send the number you topped up and the time you paid.

    [email protected]
  • A recharge that did not land

Most failed recharges resolve themselves once the operator responds. Check the refund rules first, then write to us.

  • Questions before you pay

Coverage, bundles and exact cost are all published. The answer is usually one page away, with no waiting.

Write once, and we can trace it

A recharge leaves a trail at the operator. Three details let us follow it. Skip them and the first reply is only a question back.

  1. 01

    Tell us the number

Give the full number in international format, with the country code. That is what we match against the operator record.

  2. 02

    Add the time and amount

Include the amount you sent and roughly when you paid. Your receipt reference is enough on its own.

  3. 03

    Say what you expected

Airtime or a data bundle? The two are routed differently. Naming it saves a round trip.

Four questions we answer in writing already

Some answers do not need a reply. They are published, dated and open to anyone. Start here if your question is one of these.

Or skip the message and send the credit

Most people who land here just want the top-up to go through. It takes under a minute. You see the full cost before you pay.

Sending to the same number each month? Set it once and let it run. You can stop it at any time.
