VirtualPhone

Operator Partnerships and Direct Links

We build direct connections to carriers rather than routing through resellers. Here is why that matters, and how operators can work with us today.

VirtualPhone is not a reseller chain. We connect to carriers ourselves, and that shapes everything about the service.

We hold over 230 of these direct connections across more than 80 countries.

Why direct matters

Every extra party in a route adds delay. It also adds a place where a request can fail quietly.

Removing those hops is why the average delivery sits between five and seven seconds. Speed here is an outcome of structure, not a marketing line.

It means a commercial agreement with the carrier and a technical integration with their systems. Both take time to build and work to keep running.

We monitor each link. When one degrades we notice before customers do.

Tier-1 and Tier-2 together

Tier-1 carriers are the large national names. Tier-2 carriers are smaller and regional.

We build both, because families are not evenly spread across the big networks. Coverage that skips Tier-2 looks broad and serves fewer people.

For operators

If you run a network and want reach among expat senders, we would like to talk. Our side of the work is the integration, the monitoring and the settlement.

Write to [email protected] with your market and your technical contact.

For customers

You do not need to think about any of this. But it is why a recharge lands fast. It is also why we can warn you when one will not.
