VirtualPhone

The price you read is the price you pay

Every quote shows three parts before your card is touched. The airtime value. The service cost. The exchange rate. Nothing waits on the last screen.

We connect straight to operators in 80+ countries. That is why the cost can be printed in full instead of guessed at.

What a quote looks like

Airtime value
Chosen by you
Service cost
Shown as one line
Exchange rate
Printed in full
Card total
Fixed before you confirm

No line is added after this screen. That is the whole rule.

What the total contains

A top-up quote has three moving parts. We show all three, always, on the same screen. Here is what each one means.

  1. The value that lands

This is the credit the phone receives. Pick it in the local currency of that country. What you choose is exactly what arrives.

  2. The service cost

One clear line for reaching that network. It is never folded into the rate. It never grows on the last screen.

  3. The exchange rate

We print the rate we used. You pay in your own currency. The phone is credited in its own. Nothing is hidden in the spread.

Why the cost moves by country

There is no single global fee. A flat number would only mean we were rounding up somewhere. Instead the cost tracks what it really takes to reach that network.

Four things set it. None of them are a secret.

See which operators we reach directly
Operator terms
Each network sets its own top-up values and rules.
Local taxes
Some countries tax prepaid airtime at the point of sale.
Settlement cost
Moving money into a market has a real, varying cost.
Product type
Airtime and data bundles are priced on different terms.

Pricing questions, answered

Four things people ask us most before their first top-up.

Is there a monthly or account fee?

No. Holding an account costs nothing. You are charged only when you send a top-up.

What happens if a recharge fails?

You do not pay for it. The money returns to the card or wallet you used to send it.

Does Auto Top-Up cost extra?

No. Scheduling a repeat recharge is free. Each sent top-up is priced the same way as a one-off.

Why is the price different for another country?

Because the real cost of reaching each network differs. We pass that through instead of averaging it.
