The cookies we set, and how to refuse them

A cookie is a small file a site keeps in your browser. Some are needed to run a top-up. One is optional. This page names each one and gives you the choice in plain words.

We build a payment tool, not an ad network. So the list below is short on purpose, and it stays short.

What each cookie does

Four entries. Three are needed for the service to work at all. One is optional and you can turn it down.

Purpose Name or type Lifetime Optional
Your cookie choice Stores the button you pressed on our banner. It is why we stop asking on every page. site_consent 12 months Required
Signed-in session Keeps you signed in while you send a top-up. It is dropped when the session ends. Session cookie Until you sign out Required
Checkout and fraud checks Our card processor sets this while a payment runs. It helps block stolen-card use. Payment partner Set by the partner Required
Page and traffic counts Counts which guides get read and where people stop. Refuse it and nothing else changes. Analytics Up to 12 months You choose

What we will never put in a cookie

The absence matters as much as the list. Here is what we rule out, and why it holds for every page on this site.

  • No advertising cookies

We do not run ad cookies. You will not be retargeted around the web because you priced a top-up here.

  • No cross-site tracking

We set no tracking pixels that follow you onto other sites. Your visit stays with us.

  • No selling or sharing

We do not sell cookie data. We do not pass it to data brokers or ad networks.

  • No card details in a cookie

Card data never touches a cookie. It is handled inside our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment path.

Changing your mind takes a minute

Consent is not a one-off. You can withdraw it whenever you like, and we do not make you hunt for the switch.

Refusing the optional cookie does not slow a recharge. Delivery still runs on the same direct operator links.

    Answer the banner

Pick accept or essential-only on your first visit. Both buttons carry equal weight. Neither hides.

  2. 02

    Clear the cookie

Delete site data in your browser settings. Every major browser offers this under privacy options.

  3. 03

    Answer again

Clearing resets your choice. Our banner asks once more on your next visit, and we honour the new answer.

Where to read further

Cookies are one small part of how we handle data. These pages cover the rest, and each one is written in the same plain style.

Something here unclear? Write to us and a person answers. We would rather rewrite a line than leave you guessing.
