Help Centre and Commonly Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we get most: delivery times, failed recharges, number formats, recurring rules and how refunds reach you after a failure.
Most questions have short answers. Here are the ones we are asked most often.
If yours is not here, write to us and a person will reply.
How long does a top-up take
Our average is five to seven seconds. That is measured from payment to the operator confirming the credit.
A slow network on the receiving handset can delay when it becomes visible. Restarting the phone usually refreshes it.
The credit has not appeared
Check the number first, digit by digit, including the country prefix. Then ask the person to restart the handset.
Still missing? Send us the reference from your receipt and we will trace it.
Can I get my money back
Yes, if the recharge did not deliver. The refund returns to the payment method you used.
The full process is on the refunds and failed recharges page.
Which countries do you cover
More than 80, through over 230 direct operator links. The current list lives on the country coverage page.
Can I set up a repeating top-up
Yes. Pick an amount, a number and a schedule on the Auto Top-Up page. Pause or cancel it at any time, with no fee.
Do you store my card details
No raw card number is stored on our systems. Payments are tokenised and we run to PCI-DSS Level 1.
Our security page explains what that means.
